The colors on the white plate are red, blue, yellow, brown, and black. The eagle is holding a torch aloft. The plate is about 8-1/4 inches in diameter. On the back of the plate it says the following: "Designed & Decorated in Los Angeles by Papel. Official Licensee. Copyright 1980 L.A. Olympic Committee" The plate has no chips or cracks. The paint on the front is not faded. There is some sticker residue on the back.
