How can I pay for my order(s)?
dlz4utoo currently accepts and prefers Google Checkout, an online payments system. In addition, we also accept Paypal. Through both Google Checkout and Paypal you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards. Also, Paypal supports e-checks drawn on your Paypal-registered bank account. In addition, dlz4utoo accepts money orders and personal checks. If you choose to use a personal check for your purchase, your order will ship when the check has cleared our bank account, which may take up to 10 working days. If paying with a money order or personal check, please print out a copy of your checkout page and enclose it with your payment. Paypal payments must be received at the time of purchase; mailed payments must be received within 7 business days of checkout. Otherwise, the item(s) in your order will be returned to stock and sold to the next buyer. We appreciate good communication!

Can I order by phone?
Were sorry, but at this time we are not able to accept orders by phone. However, we are able to assist you with purchasing your product(s) online on the telephone. If you are unsure or having difficulties using our website, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to call you with instructions.

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation email when the item is shipped, as well as a printed receipt that will be shipped with your order

Do you ship to locations outside of the United States?
In general, we only ship to the USA because of the customs paperwork involved. However, we handle international purchases on a case-by-case basis. If you want to purchase an item to be shipped outside the US, please contact us before checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are those really your shipping charges?
No. Please email us prior to check-out. We will adjust shipping charges accordingly. We have too many items to fix the incorrect shipping on, therefore we will adjust shipping on a case by case basis.
